Remembrance Crochet Poppy

Friday 11th November

With Remembrance Day soon upon us why not make an everlasting poppy from your scraps of yarn. This pattern suggests using aran but you can size up or down using what you have not forgetting to use the correct size hook for the yarn.

By using yarn you already have and a brooch back you can bring it out each year to remember those who have fought for us and make a donation direct to the

Royal British Legion each year. You'll also be saving landfill from those unwanted pieces of plastic the paper poppies come with.

If you find you are needing yarn, we always have some on our sales pages and baskets full in store. Or, take a look here at all our beautiful arans.

Thank you to the incredible West Yorkshire Spinners for providing this pattern.
