Small Bauble

Using DK yarn and a 3.5mm hook, 5cm polystyrene ball

Make 2

Make a magic ring

1st Round: 3 ch (counts as 1 tr throughout), 11 tr into ring, join with a ss in top of beg 3 ch

2nd Round: Join yarn B in between any of the sts on Rnd 1. 3 ch, 1 tr in same space, (2 tr in next space) 11 times. Join with a ss in top of beg 3 ch. Fasten off

3rd Round: Join next colour between 2 sets of tr from prev. row. 3 ch, 1 tr in same space, (2 tr in next space) 11 times, join with a ss in top of beg 3ch.

Fasten off leaving a long length of yarn for making up or, don't cut off and continue using the yarn for joining on your 2nd dome.

Finishing Off

Once you have made 2 halves, place them around your bauble or use stuffing to fill them.

You will now join the 2 halves together. Insert hook under the BLO on halve closest to you and FLO on back piece, make a ss. Cont. making slip stitches through both halves until you have completely joined the two circles. You can then either make a length of chains to hang your bauble or fasten off and apply ribbon.
